“All 4 of us arrived Monday 16th March 2026 in the night and the heavy rain. Our room was pre booked via Expedia. Upon arrival we were told that we had no room and the room was occupied until the next day. This made no sense as we pre booked many weeks ago and received the booking confirmation. The hotel had already spoken to us weeks before our arrival and confirmed the booking. So we were so confused and disappointed that the hotel didn’t even understand what was happening to us was wrong and……

“The manager was kind enough to help us out when we had a problem with our car the day before we were due to book in and then let us leave our car there. She is also a very good cook plus the hotel is in a lovely setting so definitely recommended. ”

“周围环境很安静，旁边有小溪。Susan很热情，给了我们一些关于咖啡园的建议。去酒店的路不太好，在一条很小很窄的路上，建议天黑前check in。”

“Endroit fantastique, vraiment propre et bien entretenu. Nous avons été pris soin, très bonne nourriture, matelas et oreillers très confortables, salle de bain propre. Nous avons pris un shuttle pour se rendre et revenir au début du sentier de Blue Mountain. Dire que nous étions hébergé chez Jay nous a permis de se sentir en sécurité dans cet environnement retiré”

“Really enjoyed this cute property. Was looking for a nice safe accommodation for one night to be closer to airport and the price was right. The staff who greeted us was so delightful and fixed an issue right away. We were able to walk next door to grab coffee & breakfast so that was an added bonus for the value priced clean accommodations ”

“Beautiful property and surroundings but the rooms are very basic and not clean. We had plumbing issues that weren't fixed during our stay and the breakfast was less than desirable. If you only need a place to sleep then it's okay, but very lacking for anything more.”

“I got locked out my room late at night and had to wait about a hr before I could get in my room maybe more. The lack of staff at night and staff not having access or knowledge on how to get a updated key to A guest. This all was going on during carnival weekend so you know I was impaired and had to deal with this. No discount was offered nothing to Accommodate my inconvenience. Other than that had a great stay! ”

“the grounds were well kept. The apt was clean and clean linen was available. But be sure to bring your own TP you get only one roll. The front door was sticking. there was a little problem starting the clothes washer. All else worked. treadmill was broken. their workout space needed updating. AC was in the living room only. None in the bedroom.. The AC had some impact in the bedroom. Could see some mountain view.”
