There was no television remote in the villa, we called the number provided and no one called us back. The knob to the dryer didn’t work so we washed our clothes with no way to dry.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. The pool area was very relaxing, clean, and private. The reception hosts were very friendly and helpful. The gentleman bartending in the evening was great! Onsite restaurant during breakfast in the morning had opportunities. Seemed understaffed and there was a long wait to be seated. Then they assumed I wanted the buffet instead of giving me a menu. So the server went to get a menu and my coffee, but started seating other people and helping other tables. I left and went to another restaurant nearby. The parking garage is definitely a tight area to navigate.

6 AM the room above us a child running back-and-forth for three hours until they left Pookie did not work had to go in second key did not work. Had to reach over the gate as well as everyone else entering the pool area. Check out was at noon received two knocks before 11 AM and someone tried to come in the room. Housekeeping. I had a child staying with me and we had the do not disturb sign on our door.
