"Nice, clean property. Spacious apartment. Most units have great view of ocean. Across from train station but not too disruptive. Large beach and pier across the street. Kitchen stove wasn't the best (a bit rusted and one element not working) but could cook on it. Garburator kept filling with water so didn't turn on the dishwasher. To be fair, we didn't let them know until check out so perhaps someone could have come to fix it. Not nice to clean but a lot of bathtub drain had hair collecting down...

"I booked this rental based on the pictures and then read the reviews later. I was nervous after reading the reviews bit have to say i was pleasantly surprised. It's clear that the owners listened to the feedback of others. And honestly you are literally steps away from the ocean. It's the best location. We woke up and watched seals and dolphins. "Great spot for a family vacation. Super close to Disney but very quiet neighborhood. Easy short walk to two different parks. Great backyard space for little kids to run and play. Layout worked really well with kids room and three other rooms. Kitchen was very well stocked and lots of kids stuff - seats, strollers, plates etc. Front yard has prickers in grass so keep kids shoes on, but back yard turf is great! Thanks for a great stay!"

At the moment there is construction on site where an old restaurant sat on the property. The best thing about this hotel is its location!
