“Breakfast had a variety of foods. But breakfast area smelling of bacon. Also could smell bacon on third floor. Was upset that there was no coffee maker in room. Was not informed of this decision upon check-in so that was very disappointing I had to go down to breakfast area for coffee. I understand saving the planet there are coffee pods that are environmental friendly. I will need to pack my coffee maker. And was very unhappy that my room was not made up. They could come in and……

“Receptionist was terrible. Immediately told me I didn’t have a confirmation when I had it in my hand. She didn’t take time to search. Told me hotel was full. Very rude. I did have a room but was very put off by front desk.”
