“Fantastic location, just steps from the bus and ferry terminal. The view from the room was perfect, the room was spotless, breakfast was good, but the staff is what made it the best stay possible. From the candle and happy birthday greeting with my breakfast delivery to the help with the luggage from the station to the room and up and down the stairs, this stay was better than I could have ever imagined. Thank you for making this solo female traveler feel welcome and celebrated!”

“We were greeted with Rosa she was the best helped us with anything we needed! : whether it be dining options or even jus the bus routes or where to buy the tickets she was amazing and the property was awesome views vicinity to town was a short 10 min walk although wouldn’t recommend at night. Room was clean and spacious everything we needed was there. Hot tub was nice after long day looking out over the ocean and the picturesque views of the mountain side! Definitely would go back ”

“Great location and amazing view. Amazing cleaning. Although reception is only until 22h staff was very cordial, nothing more. Superior room pictures in the Hotel.com website may belong to another superior room they have, but definitely wasn't the one that I've stayed... balcony was much smaller and no chair in the balcony. Also something a bit unhinged happened when I was there that took my sleep away the other days... The hotel has some doors directed to the street... First they I came back and……
