“We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The staff was genuinely kind & helpful. The rooms & bathroom were clean, as well as the hallways. We could not hear the people in the rooms around us either! That was a huge plus! I liked that you had to have a key card to use the elevator. It felt very safe. Thank you!! ”

“Just wish after a long day of travel that the reception would've been available! Got there like an hour after it ended so nothing. Just a glass of wine to unwind with would've been a nice jester since we'd miss the reception.”

“Dee (the person at the check-in desk) was very helpful and friendly. In fact, everyone that we came in contact with was friendly. Our rooms were not ready when we arrived, but we enjoyed going over to the gift shop at the Big Texan while we waited. The accommodations were very comfortable”

“Pillows were musky, old phones with outdated charging options. Room was not maintained and had broken accessories. Floors, baseboards, legs of chairs, basically anything not surface level was extremely dusty. Bathrooms were visibly not scrubbed sadly had stained surfaces and towels.”
