“The rental was beautiful and clean. We stayed here for a concert at the toyota center right down the road. The best part was the deer around the back of the property. A fair warning there isn’t much cook wear in the kitchen, no toaster and the pans were old and stained which made things burn. Other than that an amazing rental and location. ”

“I loved this little place…everything that was needed for 1-2 people. The host even put out little emergency supplies if you forgot your toothbrush, for example. It was walking distance to everything downtown but the restaurant directly across the street was so good I ate there twice. I would love to stay here again sometime. ”

A small, clean and cozy place, not far from our daytime destination, the apartment offers all the basics - kitchenette, nice bathroom and modern shower, a comfy Queen Size bed, and even some snacks and essentials for a comfortable stay. The area has some restraunts and bars nearby too, though we were happy to stay in and watch some Netflix. I would highly recommend this apartment to a friend, and Ricardo has been a pleasure. “Cute, clean property good for a visit to New Haven for a single or couple. The area is a little noisy, but that's the price you pay for being in close walking distance to everything you'd want to be in close walking distance to! Would definitely stay again. ”
