“We enjoyed our stay here. Cottage was clean and well appointed. Loved the front porch. It was busy with lobster processing traffic going by but not so much that it was a problem. Two issues that were not good: no wifi. Zip .Zero. No internet service n this day and age is not acceptable. (which we were supposed to have according to the website.) Phoned the number provided. Zero response. V bad in my opinion. Second the fire dept was prepping to burn an abandoned house next door so there were...

Walking distance to downtown Rockland, Harbor Walk and Sandy Beach. Easy drives to many other Maine destinations. The home is comfortable, clean and very welcoming. Multiple places inside and outside for gathering and relaxing; a cute kitchen with all the necessities; and the super-efficient wood stove was easy to use. “My husband & I stayed for a week. Owner was available & even turned some lights in for us since we were arriving after dark. The cottage was clean & comfortable. Nice updated bathroom with a very nice walk-in shower. Kitchen fully stocked. There was never anything that we needed that wasn’t there. It’s set on a beautiful & peaceful, oceanfront private drive. The view from the bed was amazing to wake up to. Location was just wanted we were hoping for as far as convenience to all that we wanted...

“This home is such a gem! A historic home that is updated with many modern conveniences. We’ve been to MANY AirB&B’s and this home was probably the best equipped we’ve been in! Convenient to Boothbay and lots of downeast inlets and harbors. Very quiet, but close to groceries, food and farm stands. Our only regret was not staying longer- we would have loved to grill and use the fire pit!”

“We had a great stay at Depatsy’s camp with our 10mo old son and pup. The house was cozy, spacious and had everything we needed. The house was in a perfect location with access to the water and kayaks/paddle boards. We spent a lot of time on the patio enjoying the view and using the fire pit. Would definitely return for another trip! ”
