“The location was great- in between the Fortuna waterfall and Mistico park, with the town with restaurants/shops close by as well. We had plenty on room for our family of 4. There was a nice outdoor patio from which we saw a toucan eating berries in the tree. Alvaro and Carlos were very nice and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend the villas las Palmas. ”

“We loved our stay here. You can’t ever get over the view of the volcano. Perfect distance from activities and the town. Diego was always so responsive to my questions. Cleaning crew came daily to straighten up and take out the trash. The villa was well appointed and spacious. Pool is plenty big to cool off after a long day and we enjoyed our hot tub! ”

“Everything went well, we really enjoyed our stay. It’s a great location, just a few minutes outside of the busy downtown area and very close to the hot springs at Tabacon. ATV tours are almost Nextdoor… very close. The pool/jacuzzi was a nice perk being able to utilize it with some degree of privacy. Directions were adequate, just look for the sign on the side of the building as soon as you exit the highway and watch out for drop going from pavement to gravel…. It’s substantial but not an issue……

It was spacious, had great amenities like a projector, a spacious bathroom, and even laundry in the apartment. One huge issue we (and our neighbors as well) had was that the advertised hot tub was empty and couldn't be used. This is a huge issue and false advertising that should be addressed by VRBO. The automated messages from the host made it seem like the hot tub was available and working.……
