The decor is very modern and upscale, and you can tell a lot of care is taken in making sure the hotel is meticulously clean. The staff was very, very friendly - from the front desk to the cleaning ladies, even the women who prepared breakfast. Speaking of which, the free breakfast is quite impressive with many hot food options service, including bacon and omelettes. The hotel certainly exceeded my expectations. Hotel was extremely clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and knew us by name. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had all we needed. We have a handicapped child and they ensured that they talked to him and made eye contact. The staff really seemed to enjoy their work and serving the guest.
