“Heck of a deal for a very nice hotel. Was not busy. Main issue was that the person checking us in could not find our reservation. Not by my name, reservation date, or reservation number. After about 15 mins she found it, not sure by which information. Glad I had the reservation receipt on my phone. Otherwise no issues. All went well”

“Room was okay hallways not cleaned starwell had mud but to thier defense they did have a machine at entry to clean boots obviously not used”

“I waited for 15 minutes to check in as no one was at front desk and they did not acknowledge the “walkie talkie” left on counter to call them on. When she did show up, she was not friendly, not rude but just didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. Shower had mold all along the bottom.”

“We were moved to a different property because of electrical issues. The different hotel was basically a truck stop that felt unsafe. Upon check in, by a self admitted sick person, we learned that the room received sells for $20+ less than we paid for it due to the downgrade from the Baymont. ”

“The reviews about this hotel are wrong. It stinks in the entire hotel. They no longer have a working arcade as advertised. There is No restaurant. Breakfast was a joke. And Noone was there when I arrived to check in. I had to call them and wait 15 mins for the guy to get back to the hotel. This place is a joke. Never stay there.”

“Everything was great except for the pit bull that got on the elevator with a lady and no leash. I had to back out! There should be strict rules for dogs in the motel.”

“This property is going through renovations, which is very much needed and long over due. This used to be a great property but now it is not and the overnight staff is not great either, he could not answer any of my questions that I asked about the cost. The price is very high for a property of this calibre and I will not stay here again until it gets a full renovation.”

“I was very surprised to find this location. It certainly did not look like a lodge. The person who checked me in was extremely helpful, I can't say enough good things about her”
