"Property was under renovations. They're trying to stay operational, but only half of the property was accessible. No office, lobby or front desk. It's torn apart. A huge dumpster sit in from of the front door. The clerk/hostess who met us wore a sleeveless undershirt ("wifebeater") with no bra (eewww) in true Arkansas fashion. We took one look at the room and saw huge carpet stains, damage to the door and jamb, lots of mold/mildew in the bathroom, etc... I immediately called the travel...

"The staff was excellent. They let us check in early. The room was clean and well maintained. I used the pool once and it needed the bottom vacuumed. We were there four nights and housekeeping never dumped the trash or replaced the towels. I know a lot of hotels are doing this now and I wished someone would have told us. The air conditioner kept us chilly most of the time…it worked too well! This was a clean motel and we would book it again."
