“We did not have a good experience here. To start we were double charged for our room (unfortunately almost everyone in our group was). Our room was not very clean, we noticed the floor was wet when we first came up and we chalked it up to the room just being cleaned but the next morning the floor was still wet and then we were done the entire day and came back and the floor was still wet. It was like humidity or something in the room and honestly you could smell it. I went down to get a new room……

“I'm not sure how this property got 8 stars, it is more like a 6 or 7 star hotel. Things like a/c, elevator, treadmill were not well-maintained. The room was clean, bedding smelled slightly like potato chips or some kind of fried food. Gym equipment was rusted and having issues due to high humidity and no adequate drying by a/c in gym room. Staff were very helpful during out late check-in.”

“Staff are friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, and comfortable. I stayed with my pet, and everything went well. I would absolutely recommend it!”

“The room was clean when I arrived, the air conditioner was quite. Housekeeping were very polite. Now what I didn't like was I had informed a staff person at the front desk about an exit door near room 137 where I stayed for five nights. The door would make a loud sound when people are coming and going, it was very annoying, how ever the staff didn't try to make my stay. pleasant. I just know in when I come to visit again I will be staying at another hotel hotel in the area.”

“This property was one of my favorite properties to stay when I am in Alabama, but this visit was one of the worst. The room was ok but the bathroom was terrible. The toilet seat was broken, the tub had stains in it, and the trim strip on the wall by the tub was detaching from the wall. The bathroom did not appear clean. I was very disappointed and will probably try another hotel next time. Signed ONCE LOYAL CUSTOMER”

We were coming from the Tulsa, Ok. area but, could not make it due to circumstances beyond our control out on the road that put us way behind ( weather, primarily TWO wrecks that brought traffic to a standstill for long periods of time ).”
