“I booked this last minute with only a couple days notice and I am glad I did. What a great little cabin. It is very rustic and very homely. I was told service was not great but I had ZERO service and I loved it. No messing with technology just enjoying our days sitting by the forest. Me and my lady sat by the fire pit every night and we grilled meats as well. Hope has the cabin very clean and stocked with everything you may need. We will definitely be booking again in the future!!”

“My boyfriend and I were looking for a weekend getaway with our two German Shepherds. We found this beautiful log home!! It was beautifully decorated and it has an amazing dog friendly yard! Our puppies were free to play in the yard and explore while being completely secure. We would highly recommend and would love to stay again! The owner was very easy to contact and communicate with. 10/10 for sure! Very convenient to a lot of trails/forest for hiking if the heat cooperates!”

“Our two families were looking for some adventures and relaxation from our busy lives. This was a great place to do it. Kathy was a great hostess! We rented the pontoon boat on property for a couple days for our relaxation, and then we did ATV trails (brought our own ATVs) and zip lining for our adventure. We grilled on the deck, made s’mores and used the fire pit a couple of nights. The older kids loved the kayaks and playing volley ball at the house. So much to do on property and nearby. We had……

“Property views were absolutely amazing and peaceful! I wish we had more time to enjoy during our 3 night stay. Property is nestled between equestrian farms right on a lake. The home is cozy and only critique would be the two bedrooms are connected by a slat type door so you don’t have a lot of privacy.
