“Las habitaciones son muy obscuras, el servicio del restaurante pésimo, se ve que no tienen buena capacitación, lentos hasta para servir un café.
El lugar es hermoso, pero deberían de invertir un poco más en el servicio.
No cuentan con un buen internet y las habitaciones carecen de teléfono para comunicarse a la recepción por lo que hasta para pedir un jabón , que por cierto te dan un cuadrito de 2cm tienes que caminar a la recepción.”

“I was not able to stay there. The Hotel informed me they couldn't accomodate me for the dates booked due to a wedding they were going to host. They did not understad how the booking was accepted. They apologized and offer to cancel with Hotels.com so I wouldn't get affected. I even got a letter from the desktop lady, which I presented to Hotels.com.
Hotels.com claimed to attempt to contact the hotel to request the authorization. They say the hotel never responded.

“This hotel was located just outside of the downtown area, but it was not far at all and still very convenient. The staff was extremely nice, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay.
We absolutely loved the king bed and the room overall. It was comfortable and made our stay very relaxing. We did have an issue with the shower head, but the staff immediately replaced it and were very appreciative that we let them know about the problem.
