“The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.”

“Wonderful hotel with history in the heart of the French Quarter! The rotating bar is the best! The beds were comfy with excellent pillows- soft and plenty. The bathroom was tight, obviously updated from an older version; the complimentary toiletries a pleasant scent, and the bath robe handy since I forgot mine. I loved the decor and architecture and proximity to fantastic restaurants and musical venues. ”

“Absolutely beautiful hotel located in a perfect area to walk to the French Quarter but not have all the crazy at your doorstep. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are large. Great little speakeasy style bar attached to hotel. Highly recommend!!”

“The vibe of this place is great and beautiful. The room was subpar. Dirt in the sink and on the floor, Non-functioning sink, duck tape on the back of the remotes, broken lamp. ”

“We had a great time at this hotel. Kabrel, the gentleman behind the bar provided great service and we had a blast after coming back from a night on Bourbon St. Unfortunately, we wasn't there during the weekend, and we could tell, as the experience wasn't as fun as the first night. ”

“We stayed for a week. Great, safe area. We walked to French Quarter and Mardi Gras World. Close to Cable Car line. The Crepe Shop below is yummy! Washer and dryer was a plus. Walls are thin so bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Would stay here again. ”

“I would never book again with this hotel. They charge you 43 for amenities but I didn’t see what for they charge me for the bottle of water that was in my room. No clean towels the next day and no one came to clean the whole attire time we were there. ”

“This place was beautiful and the photos don’t do it justice! We were right by everything in walking distance and the parking was right next door! The space was comfy and quiet! We parked and walked to all of our destinations! We definitely will come back to this place ”
