"Needs updating. The room I had did not have a working heater, took 3 calls to get a portable heater. All outlets in the room are worn and did not work. Windows looking out to the beautiful beach was covered in greasey handprints. Drapes were filthy. Spending $1660 for 4 days was a disaster. No one at front desk ever answer the phones. "

"The GMC SUV was very comfortable and clean. It was just what we needed to get around town and to Miami. Even tho we came on a sad occasion for a funeral. We were so please with the vehicle performance. "

"Very old and outdated. Only one elevator worked, and not all of the buttons lit up. A/C unit in room did not work well. Common areas smelled and carpets were dirty. The staff was super friendly and helpful, but it just didn't make up for the poor accommodations. Definitely seemed like a grand hotel that was way past its prime."

I asked for help with applying the hotel discount to the parking and the guy in the front desk said that he could not help that I needed to check with someone in the parking lot and literally pointed me to the door. I probably won’t be staying there again. "

"Very loud and busy. Room smelled like meldew as did the two other couples rooms in our party. Food in the cafe (empanadas) were not edible, but the wrap I got was good. Music was loud all night long and made it difficult to sleep. Would not recommend. "
