“Visually, the hotel is very appealing and well maintained. I’ve stayed there several times since 2026 and I’m disappointed that the bathrooms have mold in the shower and on the tile. We had to wear flip flops in our room because the floors were dirty. The location is perfect for my wife and I because our granddaughters, son and daughter in law live at Normandy Shores.”

“Host was responsive, beds comfortable. Fantastic view and location. The unit is sparsely appointed, sofa uncomfortable, not enough amenities to cook a basic breakfast (no toaster, decent size pan, kitchen towel, napkins, salt/pepper, etc.) You must bring everything yourself. Damage to floors and the bathtub is damaged. If you just need a place to lay your head it’s a great price. If you want to enjoy time in the unit, this may not be the place. ”

“The property comes with free parking which was key for me. Parking out here can be very expensive if you are staying for a longer period of time. The property is an older one but for the price you can get a lot of room and it came with cooking utensils. Communication was fine with the owners. The locations a great as it is in a beautifully developed area and near the beach. The beach was only 10 minutes away in fact. I chose this property because I didn't feel the need to over spend at a hotel……
