“The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Jodi at the front desk escorted me to my room to insure that it was satisfactory for me and indeed it was. I had a good stay. ”

“We booked the beautiful house to stay in for our daughter’s freshman move-in at Liberty University. She actually said that this was the best place I’ve ever booked (for anything). IT IS BEAUTIFUL, inside and out. The house was exceptionally clean and even had a nice subtle fresh scent. There were snacks, which were a hit with our 3 college-aged young adults. I feel that the hosts put their heart into every detail of our stay. We truly appreciated the hospitality of our hosts, and the memories……

“Decent hotel with exceptional friendly service. Rooms are large and clean. Don't expect the Marriott. I have stayed here multiple times, I love that it's dog-friendly, staff is always so very welcoming. Breakfast is nothing to shout about... but there's coffee and juice and toast and a waffle machine. Eggs are powdered... Overall, a stellar deal for those staying in Altavista. ”

On nous a offert de changer de chambre, mais nous étions déjà déballés et installés. La porte fermée c’était moins bruyant. En espérant que le problème sera réglé pour les suivants. Petit déjeuner copieux et tout sentait bon, même dans les corridors. À recommander ”

“Everything was perfect and actually more than what we expected. We had been in the area had booked a room at a hotel but then we heard about West End Flats, we checked it out and we were very impressed. On the other hand, we had booked a hotel online and not really satisfied with it. We are, ordinary people, but we still like a room that is clean and does not have a horrible smell.It's just we had booked it in already checked in. It was too late to get reimbursement. It was worth the one time……
