“We had a newly renovated room, it was so nice and very clean. Staff was so accommodating and kind. Highly recommend! ”

The counter is staffed 24/7 with the nicest, most pleasant, and most helpful people. They greet you, ask about your day, pet your dog, get you a replacement key no questions asked, and are genuinely nice.”

“I did have to wait for the ftont desk staff to show up when checking in. I waited about 10 minutes. There was no bell to ring. I was on my phone calling hotel, when she showed up. We checked in around 6pm. She said she was folding towels, but I did hear a conversation going on and laughing. We had just driven 9 hrs n just wanted to get to our room. ”

“Staff was very nice. Room could have been cleaner. Found: old Cheerios in the fridge, a dead beetle on top of the bed covers, and a short black curly hair stuck to the remote. Yuck. Won't stay there again. ”
