“The check in process was very frustrating. I booked through Expedia and wasn’t able to access my reservations through their online booking portal. A lodge TV at gas rooms dates in the 70s should probably have staff to check in if they can’t keep up with the technology”

“It was filthy. huge stains on rug. everything was dirty the bathroom dirty writing on the bathroom moulding "Mel +Tyler "24". The lamp shades were dirty.I opened the Fridge to put my insulin In it..It was full of black Bugs and mould. We came in at 10.00 pm exhausted. my husband is older and sick.so we slept in the bed ..that was clean. It was terrible. We told the office in Am they said we should of told them. I have pictures and showed them .”

“I called for a late check in and got a very pleasant and helpful woman who spoke regular American english! It was refreshing to actually get good customer service without having to try and decipher gibberish. It is a very nice roadside motel. Exactly what I needed, a clean comfortable room that I could park directly on front of,a nice shower with fixtures that were completely functional and worked as expected. It was refreshing to stay in what used to be nearly every motel in America.”
