“They staff was pleasant and helpful. The accomodations, for the value, were on par. Basically, I paid for what I received and my needs were met. Yes, I would stay there again.”

“The food offerings, whether it be breakfast or the 5-9 dinner was fantastic. The mushroom Swiss burger was superb, then top it off with the service! Will highly recommend!”

“Our ro I m was never tended to after we asked the young black man to clean and change our sheets we came back from bush gardens to climb into bed ti see the house keeper took the linen we sat outside our door . Yet failed to change the sheets or leave us any sheets. We had to call the manager oh yes after they deactivated our card on Sunday with nothing but " oh it could have been anything. Reason why our keys didn't work he brought us sheets and had the nerve to make an excuse for him saying……

“Stay was okay”

“There was a dark hair in between my sheets which was not mine. My 8 year old son found it when he was about to get into bed. There was another hair in the middle of the shower floor. Seems like the room was poorly cleaned.”

“Pools, breakfast, arcade were good. Room was spacious. Front desk was slow during check-in, automatically stated that parking would be charge per night (parking fee was not mention when I made reservations, please ensure this is added), however failed to provide breakfast vouchers. Front desk was also unavailable Saturday, 1 August 2026 around 8:30pm, kept me on hold for a while and then hung up on me. In-dining extension, 7777, was unavailable Saturday night, although it was open until……

“Ms. Virginia has hot breakfast prepared to taste…one day we had corn-beef hash, sauté potatoes, eggs, & sausage links. Another day chicken sausage, pancakes, eggs, sautéd potatoes as well as the other delicious add ons!!!”

“The bed was very uncomfortable. Seems to me this is a old bed . I checked with front desk to help. They suggested a different room why do I have a inconvenience to move all my items just because a bed that you expect to be comfortable. They refunded to refund at least half price. They refused . So I left very sad with this”

“This property is very large, plenty of rooms! It is so close to everything you'd want to do, from Colonial Williamsburg to Busch Gardens, delicious restaurants and everything in between. The king suite we stayed in was immaculate and had a mini fridge, microwave and extra sink in that same area of the room. The bed was comfortable and the couch in the room was great as well. The pool was very large and had plenty of poolside chairs and tables. There was a small splash area for the smaller……

“Extremely dissatisfied. The room had a HORRIBLE SMELL, sheets were stained, so much so that we used our beach blankets to wrap around the pillow cases, unable to control the temp of the water in the shower, pool was green, asked the front desk for suggestions on areas we could go for dinner, he simply said "I don't know" That is a reasonable question to ask the front desk at a hotel when travelling, Luckily we were only spending the night as we traveled elsewhere, if not we would have not……
