“Loved the upscale and cool vibe of the hotel. Room was very comfortable and a small dresser would have helped with clothes storage. Resorted to leaving some things in our suitcase to slide under the bed. Not ideal for an older adult.”

“This was a great place to stay. Close the museum and not far from the downtown Bentonville area as well. The staff could not have been more helpful. We had good exchanges with multiple people at the front desk and without fail they were very hospitable and helpful. The bed was very good. Everything was clean. No offensive odors. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.”

“Layout was not conducive to sleep. The air conditioning was none off, on and off and it was cool or hot. Staff was nice and breakfast was adequate. Glad I only stayed one night.”

“The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Just mini Belgian waffles, packaged muffins, light yogurt, packaged oatmeal, and cereal with coffee and two juices. Overall I feel it was a great value for the minimal cost I paid for the room. I would stay again.”

“Love the water filter in the sink Mid sized fridge, with plates and utensils good for eating in the room. Have microwave as well. If needed, can borrow cutlery and chopping board. Breakfast selections is good Happy hour on Monday to Thursday evening, with free alcohol and snacks ”

“Charles was the only good thing we experienced for the hour we were on the property. Originally we were going to stay for 3 nights, however the bed was blood stained, the tub hadn't been cleaned with pubes/hair and was leaking dripping rust. The room hadn't been properly cleaned with trash/food left behind on the floor, drawers and inside the burners and smelled overwhelming of mold and mildew. The walls were so thin that when we knocked on the wall to test the person on the other side knocked……

“This property reeked of weed so bad. We traveled with kids and could not stay due to the smell being so strong! It wasn’t just our floor it was in the elevator and lobby as well!”

“Despite what Expedia says, I can confirm there is not pool and no free breakfast here. It seems like they've changed some things and I was told they filled in the pool a couple years ago. When you check in, it looks like there's an area where free breakfast would be available, but it's set up as a cafe with menu items and prices and such. My kids were heartbroken after they boldly walked behind the counter to start getting their breakfast stuff, and I did a double-take and told them to get……

“Parking”

“No power under TV which made it impossible to work on my laptop and charger my phone and tablet. Only one USB charger worked in the room.only one AC outlet worked in the room! Disappointing😔”
