“This property is beautiful. Its clean, and the staff is kind, helpful. Julie at the office was great, always ready to help whether we had any questions or needed to book transportation. The spa was a great, relaxing experience as well. The room, pool it was all nice. There isnt dining but there is a cafe arpund the corner. And its in a residential area. I felt safe walking to nearby restaurants as well. I was celebrating a birthday, thank you Palms for a great stay. ”

“The property is in a convenient location - 10 minutes from the international airport. It is a quiet and comfortable village. The property itself is very pretty and relaxing. The staff were excellent, friendly, and attentive. My only issues were cleanliness in the room; the blanket had hairs on it that weren't ours, and the sheets were definitely not pristine. Apart from that, everything was good. I would stay here again.”
