“When I wanted to call the hotel to tell them that we arrive late at night, I could not reach the hotel on the phone. There was an automatic voice saying that the call is forwarded, but nothing happened. Neither the phone number provided in the booking, nor the phone numbers on the webpage of the hotel worked. Wir wussten, dass der Pool saional bedingt geschlossen und der Strandzugang eher für Familien mit kleinen Kindern oder Hundebesitzer gut ist, daher waren wir nicht enttäuscht über das seichte Wasser am Strand. “This hotel is located in the center of Grado near the grand canal. It is very close to dozens of restaurants and shops and 10 min walk to 2 public beaches. Hotel staff was very efficient and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful (typical Italian fare). Parking, albeit limited and tight, is available in a secure area accessible from the hotel’s lobby.
