"Location is good. The checking process was not good. People need to scan QR code to fill in information by themselve, and its not so easy to fill in and take time. On the door wrote cleaning sevice need to book in app before 11 pm everyday, but I couldn't find where to book in app. so I asked reception to book cleaning service and they said they noted. But they even didn't empty the trash bin and the old towels were still there. "

It happened more than once. Bedsheet: there was a hair and some marks, which were not clean enough. TV: no guideline which channels are those. I have to keep enter the numbers in order to look for news channels. I couldn't finally, so I went down to ask the reception for help. The lady was patient to help."
