“The staff was very helpful. The TV system had a few problems but the front staff was able to get it working properly. The breakfast food was a little stale, i.e. cereal.”

No fruit. I didn’t expect much considering the area we were in but we enjoyed the countryside and visiting the birth place of Loretta Lynn. ”

“They had laundry equipment burn up at 11:30pm, didn't get back into the building until 1:00am then they let a family with children pound the floors running an playing until 2:30am. Had to call the front desk on my cell phone because house phone didn't work. Heard the Fire Cheif tell the Hotel this was the second time in a month they responded to the same fire problem.”

“I think the biggest issue is that they need more staff. There was one person doing breakfast and bless her heart she was running back and forth like crazy but had a very hard time keeping up. Our sink was super cracked! Like not just a little crack but like 5 major splits in it. I was almost afraid to use it. And the water never ever got hot. It was warm but not hot. My husband likes hot showers. I’m ok with warm, but it was barely warm. Also checkout is supposed to be 11, but they deactivated……
