“Had a power outage. needed a place to charge my phone and lay my head for a few days. I've always wanted to do a staycation at the Kingsley (IDKW) so once it came up during my search I decided to book even though it's not close to me at all. I wasn't disappointed. The room had great water pressure, so I really enjoyed my shower. The bed was comfy so I had the best rest. Let's not forget the cookies. I checked in and was immediately given warm delicious cookies. I'd stay again. Also for those not……

“Went through Expedia that charged me $166 and the property charged a room rate with them for $256 on top of $166 I already paid and that wasn't for incidentals that was $100 separate which understand. The staff said they took care of it but it seems as though the re fund is going to take a few days...”

“We had no sink hot water. Were told it could not be fixed till next day. I asked for a differt room, he said(owner) they were full up and we could just use shower water. We were staying 5 days. No one showed up. We did find the lines were swiched with our own search. No one came the next day and we did NOT tell them we fixed it. 3rd day asked for clean towels and was informed I had to bring them to laundry and get even exchange only! I did go get them and then was told the laundry was closed”

“Will stay here again. Loved the apartment and the staff were nice. Only problem was only one elevator worked so we had to often take the stairs which was horrible.”

“Rooms were clean, no coffee pot,not enough towels, was in room for 4 days never got cleaned, smell of weed all the time, always a group of people out side the entrance, people living in there cars in parking lot throwing there trash out, if you wanted clean linens you had to bring your dirty ones down to counter, was there 4 days only seen someone at front desk 2 times. Will not stay again.”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. They still have a few glitches to work out i.e. bar not open, some minor things in the room not working etc.. The staff is definitely their best asset. My husband was having surgery at Beaumont and the location of this property cannot be beat. You do not even need to get out on the highway to get to the hospital from the hotel.”

“This hotel was the worst hotel the room was filthy all electricity sockets were hanging from the wall phone did work TV didn't work sat on toilet and it pulled away from the wall we were there 15 minutes and left oh and the sheets were dirty on the bed told the receptionist she said she wrote it all down for manager J. And told us to call Expedia for the return of our money so we called and they said the manager told them there was no report of this happening he wasn't going to return our……

“This property was phenomenal! So clean, breakfast was the best! Sofa bed was comfortable and beds were comfy too! I would stay here again! No complaints at all!!!”
