“We enjoyed being so close to downtown McKinney. The building is older and was the perfect size for my hubby and I, but felt it needed a good cleaning (including the furniture). The pillows on the bed were extremely old and need to be replaced. The heat source was a plug in unit as there is no central air or heat. I would not stay here again. ”

I texted and the owner promptly sent someone to clean while we were out eating. When we returned some things were better, but the kitchen counter still……

“This is a one bedroom unit on the ground floor with a 3/4 wall between the bedroom and the rest of the unit. It's probably more suited for a single individual as there is no noise suppression between the bedroom and the kitchen/living area. Be aware that the registration process includes signing the standard rental agreement, providing copies of your driver's license, and completing an online facial recognition……

“Mckinney is a nice location compared to the busy, crowded, traffic-riden Dallas. Property was very convenient to shopping of all kinds, very nice pool area with grills and tables, lots of room. . Very quiet mon thru Thursday but be aware, unit sits close to a couple bar/grills and an outdoor live music stage. Friday night was very loud til after midnight. Very loud!!! Hard to sleep. Otherwise pleasant stay.”

We followed the host’s registration process and received confirmation our vehicle was properly registered. Despite this, it was towed due to a registration failure their support team later acknowledged was their error. This property is run by a management company with a separate support team.
