"Everyone was wonderful. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The staff in the main dining area were very friendly and courteous. They anticipated our needs and were always willing to help us. Housekeeping staff were also great. We can not say enough about this resort. We will definitely be returning. We had a great time."

"My stay at Princess Grand Jamaica was an amazing experience from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, clean, and has a great atmosphere, with plenty of amenities, beautiful views, and great food options. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout my stay. One thing that really stood out was how easy they made it to change my room from two queen beds to one king bed. There was no hassle or problem at all, and they were happy to accommodate my request. The service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere made the experience even better. I had a wonderful time at Princess Grand Jamaica and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful all-inclusive resort in Jamaica. I would absolutely stay here again!"

The pool on the road side was excellent - and not heavily used when we stayed in July. Only the one really heavy downpour in the 2 weeks we stayed."

"This was my second visit to this resort this year, and once again, the staff was phenomenal. You can tell they put a lot into training their team because the level of service is consistently outstanding. We got a chance to try more of the food this time around, and I’d give it a solid 9.2/10 overall. Great variety and plenty of really good options. The location is another huge plus. It’s convenient, and I love that you don’t have to deal with hagglers on the beach. Overall, another great experience and definitely a resort I’d visit again."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a fantastic stay at Deja Resort in Montego Bay! From the moment I arrived, the people were incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. The staff truly made the experience special. The entertainment was amazing, and the Entertainment Director did a wonderful job keeping everyone engaged and making sure there was always something fun happening. The resort was clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and I especially loved the authentic Jamaican feel. It felt like I was truly experiencing Jamaica rather than staying at a resort that could have been anywhere. The beach is absolutely beautiful, and the location is perfect! There is plenty to see and do within the immediate area, which made it easy to enjoy Montego Bay beyond the resort. Great people, great food, great entertainment, beautiful surroundings, and genuine Jamaican hospitality. Deja Resort gave me exactly the experience I was hoping for. I had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! 🇯🇲❤️"
