Bed was very comfortable. Clean room. Good shower. Clean floor. No smoke smell at all in our room, even though the casino floor was extra smoky in my opinion. Good price for our multi-day stay. Really enjoyed the live concerts upstairs by Jackson Snelling.

Molly at the front desk was a doll upon my arrival to the front desk. She was friendly and sweet upon my check in. I also thought the man at the front desk when I checked out was nice as well.
The cleaning staff needs to pull out the chairs and vacuum underneath and behind the stands. I saw crumbs from other guests when a ring of mine rolled under the chair in the suite area.
In the suite bedroom, the main TV was not working. I had to pull the TV stand/dresser out to check that the cable box was plugged in. It was unplugged and I found dust ensure that everything was plugged in and the crumbs and crud behind there was disgusting.
