“Perfect. Very happy with my single room. Clean room overlooking courtyard. Clear instructions. Careful on the staircase, it can be a bit crooked but apart from that everything very good. Appreciated the fan included with room. Small fridge very helpful, but puts out heat as well, warms the room in hot weather, minor inconvenience.”

“Services are excellent, and people are very nice. I like breakfast. The location is very nearby the office, where I go. If you are driving, I recommend to stay here. You do not need to worry about parking spaces.”

“Das Zimmer war groß genug für eine Nacht. Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Toll gelegen, Lage ideal auch mit Kinder, da es sich direkt am ehemaligen Landesgartenschau Gelände von 2024 liegt, wo auch viele Spielplätze sind. Ne tolle Bar, auf direkt an der Arge, auf dem tollen Gelände. Das Zimmer war sauber.Beim betreten des Zimmers kam uns ein stechender Geruch entgegen,der uns bis zur Abreise begleitet hat. Der Geruch kam aus dem Bad, warscheinlich vom Reinigungsmittel . Nicht gut fanden wir , das……

“*Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. * Modern eingerichtete, saubere Zimmer. * Hervorragendes Frühstück mit vielen regionalen und hausgemachten Produkten. * Ruhige Lage nahe dem Bodenseeufer und ideal für Spaziergänge oder Radtouren. * Kleiner, gepflegter Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und Dampfbad *Gratis Parkmöglichkeiten draußen und in der Garage Ich hatte ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, das etwas hellhörig war und das Hotel liegt nicht direkt am See sondern beim See aber der See ist nur 3……

“We had only one night at the hotel but wished we could have spent more time there. Location is great with plenty of restaurants close by. Parking across the building in a public garage. Train station just a few minutes walk. From the 3rd floor we could see the lake which is obviously only few minutes walk away as well.”

“管理混乱，非常糟糕的体验，至今我交了两份钱不知道能不能退还给我一份。我在好订网预订完后直接从信用卡上扣了钱，但入住当晚酒店的前台小姐就查不到订单，但还是给了我钥匙入住，第二天早上退房收了我的现金有没有给我Receipt，打电话给好订网要求退回，但好订网向我要收据证明，难道没有收据酒店就查不到账单了吗？比国内招待所好不了多少的条件居然是四星级？看来奥地利的酒店管理水平跟德国酒店没法比！”

“Personnel à l'accueil serviable et très utile pour fournir des renseignements. Par contre il est dommage de ne fournir pour un lit double que 2 couettes individuelles plutôt qu'une grande couette qui couvrirait l'ensemble du lit double.”

“Panne de chaudière donc pas d'eau chaude ce n'est pas pour ça qu'on a eu droit à une remise. Cet établissement doit impérativement s'équiper de climatiseur les nuits sont absolument insupportables en période de canicule”
