“The Brick Street Hotel was easy to find and the parking was great. We did notice an odor when entering the room. We ran water in the shower and the sink and it finally dissipated. It would be nice if you could cover the bright degree signage for the AC unit on the ceiling. It felt like we had a night light on and could not sleep well. My husband said his side of the bed was dropping and he did not prefer the mattress. The Artisan Restaurant was wonderful and the food tasted great!”

“Walls are thin. Heard people all night in the room next to me talking at a normal level. Can hear dogs at all times. People playing music at all times. Management definitely needs to walk through the hallways to maintain noise levels during the night.”

“Simple, but clean and affordable. Suitable for a quick overnight stay. Pleasantly surprised by hard flooring, so no mystery stained carpet still releasing the odor of cigarette smoke from 1985. Linens were clean and beds reasonably comfortable. Bathroom was clean. I did see 2 or 3 bugs, but they were dead, which gave me comfort the place had recently been sprayed. I recently stayed in a St. Louis area H*lton that was in worse condition.”

“Not even motel 6 level. Beds broken down and no support. Wifi terrible and very weak. Break a joke.”

“We had 2 non adjoining rooms. Both rooms were infested with gnats and the rooms were just damp. Everything was damp and moldy.”

“Staff very nice. Libby clean. Breakfast didn’t look very good. Our room, the sheets had spots on them. Bed was very uncomfortable. Room was not very clean bathroom was nice though. Ac and tv worked good”

“Steve and Karen are wonderful hosts. They are considerate and kind. Breakfast was delicious. We were serenaded with Steve on the fiddle and Karen on the washboard. Great fun. Enjoyable visit. ”

“Hotel had a mold smell , room had a smell bathroom looked like they painted over mold the air in the room did not get cold no matter what you did . The hallway was colder than the room . Breakfast was cold for food that is suppose to be hot .The bed in the room was pasts its due date .. straight worn out pillow cases had stains in them . I don’t recommend.”

“We were on the 2nd floor and did not check before booking that the hotel did not have an elevetor. The breakfast had limited food choices. The pool was well maintained and relaxing. Room was very clean.”
