“Great location, elegant rooms & fun town to visit”

“We chose the original Roami property because of its proximity to the convention center where my wife was attending a conference. Location was a material factor in our booking, made 5 months in advance. On check-in day, while I was traveling during a flight layover, Roami informed me of a maintenance issue with our unit and offered another property. I asked about a closer option and was told this was the nearest and only available alternative. With limited time to research, we accepted in good……

“Everything was nice”

“this was my second time booking at this place after the first time went very well and is a great location. this time a round, we arrived around 9:30 pm after driving 8 hours and went to unlock the door with the code and there was someone inside already. the room was double booked and the person had been there a week already. luckily getting ahold of someone wasn't too difficult and they booked us in another one of their properties which turned out to be a good room overall but was further than……

“I stay at this property last year when it was under a different owner and absolutely loved it. Fast forward to this year, I was thoroughly surprised to know that it had re-opened! We instantly settled on staying there. The property was easy to find and perfectly situated just a few blocks from Bourbon Street. Very easy to access, clean, spacious, comfortable and most of all we felt safe. The pool is such an added bonus! It's situated on the rooftop and made for a nice afternoon wind down. The……

“My husband and I came here for our 5 year anniversary and it was the perfect location and size of space we needed. So close to Magazine Street and to the St Charles Streetcar to get to the French Quarter. We loved it!! Would definitely come back. Nathan was a great host!! ”

“The group enjoyed the space for a second year. Neighbors are friendly and very quiet neighborhood. We are thinking about a third retreat.”

“Personally I wouldn’t do it again. The space was clean and worked for our short work trip. I never write reviews but I want to make it clear to others that the 2 bedroom unit has doors that once opened up directly to the outside the main entry for everyone. All three nights there was a homeless man sleeping directly outside that door, and as two young women in a new place it was concerning. The door inside the hallway that connects to other units is also right next to the front door, so every……

“The apartment is well located on Canal Street with walking distance to French Quarter. It is a nice apartment and quiet and once the very loud air conditioning unit is seen to, highly recommended!”

“This was our third time staying at this property and it was as lovely as ever. It’s clean, close to many amenities, and offers easy access to all of the best New Orleans hotspots. Once again, we happily recommend the Nelson St House.”

“Loved our stay at the Pelican Suite. Brandi the host was terrific. Quick response time and very helpful. The apartment was lovely and it is a great location. ”
