In a strategic position in the "Umbrella" area, a stone's throw from the city center and a step away from the road leading to Aremogna where the slopes and ski lifts are located. Convenient parking under the building where you will always find a place contrary to the accommodation in the center.

ACCOMMODATION:
At your disposal:

- Storage cabinets to always have everything in order
- Complete essential kitchen, with counter top for breakfast, coffee maker, dishes and stove + gas oven.
- Living room with 2 large sofas, one of which converts into a double bed. Between the fireplace and the sofa bed, there is a curtain (visible in the photo) that acts as a "separè" divider in order to guarantee privacy for the sofa / bed area.
- Central heating at predefined times
- Domestic hot water with boiler
- very warm winter duvets and wool blankets.
- Bed linen and towels
- Dolby Hi-Fi CD player with USB stick
- Led TV with digital terrestrial

We are parents and we know that the happiness of our children gives us happiness too.
This is why we thought that their entertainment and fun even at home, perhaps in the heat of a fireplace, is a way to make a family holiday special.

THE CONDOMINIUM:
The apartment is located on the first floor of a very quiet building, reachable by stairs or lift.
The building has a very convenient access ramp for cars as it allows the unloading and loading of luggage directly on the access landing to the building, which is very convenient especially with children or elderly people and during rain or snow.
The very particular position will allow you to completely skip the long queues that form in the village every day when you return from the slopes using the back road that starts from the refuge / restaurant "La Capannina" and comes out just behind the house.

AREA OVERVIEW:
The area where our house is located is very quiet but at the same time strategic as it allows you to be in the noise of the city center in 5 minutes but to enjoy that fantastic and deep night silence that only the mountains can give.
Just go down the street to admire the mountains and the moon in front of you ...
The center of the village can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The ice rink is 5 minutes away by car and 20 minutes on foot. There is a small chair lift right below the apartment within walking distance. For the Aremogna slopes you need a car or other vehicle; nearby there is the alpine camp. The apartment is located in the "umbrella" area.
