“No amenities, no restaurant, no bar or bar options, pool not available(empty), ice machine not working, tub would fill up with water when having a shower, shower faucet was stiff and hard to operated. Extremely dated hotel. Cheap but too dated. Staff were polite but at check I was not asked how my stay was. Probably because they are used to getting rather brutal answers.”

The AC vent was dirty, the headboard was dusty, and most concerning, the pillowcase had blood stains. I reported this to the night shift front desk associate, who promised to help but never came. After waiting 30 minutes, I called back and was told she had already left for the day without resolving my complaint. When another front desk associate came to my room, we discovered the pillow……

“We had a horrible experience where there were either guests or non guests making such noise the entire night. It was not clear if they were right outside the property or in a room but it went on for hours and they sounded threatening. I would not stay here again as I was concerned about even reporting the problem based on what I was hearing. There is no possible way the front desk could not hear also what was happening. I maybe slept for two or three hours.”
