“A comfortable place for my women's weekend away. The house is located in a nice neighborhood close to groceries, shopping, and restaurants. Kitchen equipment was sparse - we needed to supply cutting boards and a toaster. The oven broke the first night of our stay, but the host communicated quickly with us to try to find a solution. The listing shows the property sleeps 14, but there are only beds for 10. Two provided air mattresses make up the difference, though one of them leaked severely and……

“This small, tidy house was in a quiet neighborhood with easy on-street parking and only two miles from University of Dayton's basketball arena. Restaurants and stores within two blocks.”

“Check-in was simple; the house was clean and well equipped—kitchen, bath towels, bed linens. (I missed having a dishwasher, but refrigerator and stove were good quality and clean.) My tiny dog loved the fenced-in backyard. (Luckily he wasn’t scared of the 3 gigantic, but silent, dogs across the fence.) It’s a pleasant, quiet family neighborhood. Easy access to major roads, parks, and a great shopping mall.”

“Second trip from CA to visit homeland of OH with my son and daughter. We love the location for visiting family in Kettering, Centerville, Mason, Cincinnati, and Beavercreek. We fished in the pond, catching large mouth bass and blue gills by the dozen (then release). I have nothing but great things to say about the Host & his family. “Our stay was fine. The only concerns or problems we have was the fact there weren’t enough towels for a two day stay. I don’t know if that is typical to only have a day’s worth of towels. Then Saturday afternoon the furnace quit and the host didn’t respond to my message. I had to call her. We just decided to drive home. So, we made the 4.5 hour trip back home at 7:30 PM. I sincerely home we are refunded our second night like the host she would do.”
