“Staff was nice and helpful. Actual facility was poorly maintained. Parking lot & front entrance was dirty. Hallways needed to be vacuumed. AC struggled to keep up. Fan in bathroom sounded terrible. Hangers were actual store hangers (with sizes on them!!!), like hangers that you would get when you buy a jacket! There was a video lottery/poker machine in the lobby area. Whatttttt??? This was not a “quality” hotel.”

“Gloria at the front desk. I had an absolutely horrible day. My husband recently died. My kids were fighting. I had put them on an airplane and was driving 13 hours by myself. And Gloria just met me where I was super sweet really kind and helpful and just what I needed I cannot tell her thank you enough. She is a Jim and you should keep her.”

“The rooms and common areas were very clean. The hotel appeared to have been recently renovated. Amenities in the bathroom were very nice. There was a small fridge, microwave, coffee pot, iron, ironing board, and safe in my room. Lots of area to put your belongings - drawers and shelves. Beds were very comfy. The staff was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was standard hotel fare, but good. Lots of available parking and my only surprise was having to……
