“Firstly, the staff were brilliant, they could not have been more helpful. However, we were a little disappointed with the lack of amenities, the pool was closed, a/c unavailable, no drinking glasses, and the plastic cup in the bathroom had calcium residue around its rim. The surface of the desk top was in very poor condition. We did enjoy the use of the free cycles, and the easy availability of the local bus behind the hotel was a bonus.
