“Loved the location and the beach!”

“Mandalay is very well maintained, we were there the week after school holidays and it was spotlessly clean, the staff are super friendly (including ground staff). Our cabin (beach cabin 6) was really clean, the provided plates, utensils and kitchen stuff were all good quality and more than adequate to cook a few meals. The kids loved being able to explore the park and find all of the playgrounds and even did some possum spotting inside the park. The pools were clean and the warm pools were a hit……

“一直对Big4印象挺好的，去澳洲也以Big4为首选。这家服务不错，有晚班服务人员，只需在前台办公室按服务铃即可，免了打电话问钥匙箱密码环节。但是，我在搜索酒店时，为了方便搜索和看床的大小，每间房只填了两个大人，忘记填小孩的人数，退房时每间房被加收了100澳元，2间房收了200澳元，住两晚比原来的价格多了人民币1000块钱，非常的贵。因为英文不太好，前台服务说扣钱我也没有反驳。扣钱这个事情这让我对Big4的印象没有之前那么好了，以后选择时会慎重考虑。没有温水泳池，冬天入住没有乐趣。”

“The whole family (a couple with 3 kids) thoroughly enjoyed our time at Southcamp. The cabins were clean, the decor was cool and the beds were comfy. Good amenities. It was a fun experience staying in the cabins. Staff were super nice and friendly. Food from the Southcamp Brewhouse were very good. Check-in/Check-out was very easy. Location was excellent. We are definitely coming back. ”
