“It was our third time staying at Dickinson bay cottages. We love the proximity to the beach. This time we were in a 1 bedroom. The room was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We like the updated washroom, but the towel bar needed to be affixed more securely, possiblyina better location.”

Property is well secured with cameras and motion lights. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Denyse the host is onsite so any issues can be addressed immediately. “The actual prorperty was not as shown in the pictures on line. It was described as luxury. It was not luxurious. It was dated and dingy in some areas. The toilet was a bit tricky, jiggling the handle and waiting to flush because of the water flow. The water pressure upstairs was low. There were stains on the cushions on the diningroom chairs, and upstairs bedroom cushions. The dining room table was not properly wiped down. The workers were friendly to include the security personnel. The best……

“Overall, my stay was quite good. The environment and location were great, and the host was very friendly. The only areas for improvement were: the seasonings were a bit limited – salt and pepper were almost gone; laundry detergent needed to be brought from home; and the shower water pressure was a little low. Aside from these, everything else was perfect, and I would gladly recommend this place.”
