“Silvia and Ferdinando were excellent hosts. Silvia oriented us to the area and checked on tours. The property is a large garden with pool and outdoor kitchen for guests. The town is small and low key. You can walk to either beach entry. We ordered dinner at our host's Italian restaurant. Ferdinando cooked: it was wonderful. Three great courses. We were off season for whales so will try to come back to Dolce Uvita”

“The stay was fantastic, the food was fresh and delicious. The view absolutely gorgeous. The privacy of our villa was the perfect experience. The service was on point. Definitely a highlight in our trip. The only negative I can say was the drive to the villas. The roads are unpaved for about 15min. Very bumpy and steep roads. Highly dont recommend arriving there at night. Other than that, it was amazing ! ”

“Had a three night stay here, it’s very close to the national park and beach in a very safe area with a lot of food options. Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable and the AC worked very well. Scott was a great host and readily available to answer any questions. As a woman, solo traveller, would def recommend. ”

“We absolutely loved our stay at Seren! As soon as we got there they showed us to our tent and it was so nice and cool inside. The ac worked great the whole time we were there. The bathroom accommodations were very clean and the pool was so nice to cool off in. We had breakfast there in the mornings and the fruit was great! “Exactly as advertised. We stayed in an AC room with 2 double beds and a large sliding glass door that opened to a little balcony. Lots of singing birds. Great value. The breakfast, served next door to the hotel for $8 per person, was truly excellent. ”

“Lovely relaxing peaceful home from home. Really well equipped kitchen, Gabby was a very friendly host. Check in easy. Uvita is very spread out, this hotel is walkable to the beach, but there is a lot more to see in the area so I would recommend getting your own transport. ”

“Slightly remote lodge, with amazing ocean and jungle views. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only restaurant served very good food, offers friendly service, with daily specials. The pool is beautiful and peaceful. Lots of wildlife are present, including a troop of Howler Monkeys that howl at 4 am and 4 pm everyday. There are lots of trails for people to explore. It may not be a good place for everyone though. It was a little too quiet for us. It is a place that attracts those who……

“I loved this property!!! It was private and well cared for. It was a beautifully designed, well thought out space. Loved the sunrises in the morning and the bird chatter all day! Private pool was so gorgeous. Had everything I needed. Owners were very accommodating. You DO need a 4 wheel drive for the drive way but once you figure it out it is easy. Will be back!!!!!”

“Amazing place, views, pool landscape, beautiful and first class location. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating (shout out to Casey). Consider that car is necessary ideally 4x4 as all roads in area are dirt and not all are well maintained. Part of the beauty of the area. Restaurant at hotel is lovely with great selection.
