“They have problem about the communication with the booking website and also between their employees. In my second day, I wanted to check out then move to another hotel to stay with my friends. but they told me i have already paid in the website, it is not possible to refund the money to me. So i chose to stay within my 3days reservation. In the last day, when i checked out, the other employee charged me again!! He insisted that i have not paid yet!! I spent half hour to explain and prove I have……

“Das B&B ist ungefähre 15 min vom Flughafen entfernt, Parkplatz Möglichkeit. Die woche wo ich da war hat sich ein älteres Pärchen um das Frühstück Buffet gekümmert, dank die beiden habe ich mich wie zuhause gefühlt. Es gab jeden morgen Espresso und frische Cornetti. Nachmittags gab es ein anderes Pärchen die sich um die Empfang gekümmert hat, die waren auch super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Abends ist diese Gegend ruhig, und von da aus in 15 min hat man das Zentrum erreicht zu Fuß. Gern empfehle……

“Historic building and legacy owners managing the property. The rooms were clean, and there was shared common spaces if you wished to use them which provide provided options. Lots of space, comfortable. We were greeted by Luciano, he gave us information and a warm welcome. Extra parking arrangements were made in a secure parking location. We were very happy with the edge of the ZTL accommodation and parking. Very handy. We would definitely stay here again! ”

“Trovandosi in un zona centrale ( Via Etnea), i rumori provenienti dall'esterno sono accettabili, se devo proprio segnale un inconveniente...il rumore proveniente dal motore del mini frigo ( fastidioso)... Il personale è fantastico...”

“Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und immer sehr sauber (sehr gute Matratze) . Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und haben viele tolle Tipps erhalten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Uns hat es gut gefallen. Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Einziger Nachteil, das parken in der Straße würde ich nicht empfehlen und zudem ist es kostenpflichtig. ”
