“比较安静，卫生，洗澡水挺热水挺大的”

“The place was good for a day or 2 but not for more then that only because we stayed 6 days and we were denied change of clean towels and bed sheets told it wasn’t allowed that it’s per the whole trip, we even had to buy our own toilet paper at one point and garbage bags because we were only given 3 we were a group of 6 people. Pool was nice and the area was clean. We also didn’t have a broom, mop to clean. It’s nice for a max of 3 days.”

“It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed ”

“Staff was relatively quiet and kept to themselves as to not bother guest. But also maintained many properties in the area. The hotel was quaint but these stairs were quite the workout. Not an idea space for anyone with handicap needs or disabilities. Be sure to communicate with staff for parking permits and request extra towels ahead of time. Overall a great experience and no more than a 15-20 minute walk to viejo San Juan ”

“This was my first time traveling to Puerto Rico. I booked this hotel because of the photos and the description of details about the room. Everyone was nice and so friendly, I had an amazing trip. I would definitely recommend staying here.”

“The bar was beautiful with nice drinks, however, the rooms are horrible. I had to change room twice because of water leakage. The bathroom is dirty and the sink area is like 12 inches. My husband couldn't fit and he isn't fat. Finally my family of 4 had to be in multiple rooms because they couldn't accommodate what we paid for.”
