“Great place to stay while on the road. Comfortable beds, nice hot shower and window AC worked great. If you’re hungry when you arrive, stay away from Kelsey’s down the road. Trust me.”

“Our family, (two adults, two kids) recently stayed for one night mid week in July. The hotel is mid-value priced but you definitely get trade offs for this. Our room was on the second floor, but we had to hike our gear upstairs because there is no elevator. The beds were clean and comfortable and the room had all the amenities of a hotel at this price point. However. At 1 am, there was a distinct cigar/cigarette smell wafting into our room that woke me up, which was confirmed by the front desk……

“It's a great place for road trips and a joyful experience with campus life. Why I am say with that it's caused here is for student life residence can experience the different life and touch how the student living right here. ”

“Did not like this place at all. Found gobs of hair at the bottom of the inside of the fridge. So same cloth to wipe the floor and fridge. The guy came to look at it and gave us $50.00 back but would never stay again.”

“Easy access to hwy. Continental breakfast offered a variety of options available between 9 am and 10. Clean room.”

“Friendly and professional staff. A few things are being upgraded as we were there but that’s important. They should also look into the carpets in rooms. Need some renovations”

“Room was clean, beds were comfortable and AC worked good. Heated pool was awesome. The only negative is the hotel is in a bad area of the city. Not their fault though, A lot of homeless, drug addicts, so not advisable to walk around, especially after sunset.”

“The front desk staff in the evening were very helpful kind and ensured the safety of guests after I reported a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot. The manager went outside and circulated. The room was clean and hotel overall was very clean. The front desk staff really stood out to me as super- best I’ve experienced in a long time. I don’t usually stay at this location but due to the good service I would again.”

“The hotel might be fine but you will be afraid to park your car. Had two rooms booked and didn't use them as the facility is surrounded by homeless encampments. Not entitled to a refund but just gave away my money because my families safety isn't worth it. Avoid downtown Sudbury in general. Bummer.”

“The parking lot is sketchy due to transient people in the area. The location is next to the local homeless shelter and the area is a littered as a result. The location is not easily accessible due to construction”
