“We really enjoyed our stay at this place!The location is great, 5 minutes drive to the beach. Walking and biking trails start right outside the HOA complex. The property was very clean and the kitchen had all the necessary supplies for cooking family meals. Would love to stay at this place again!”

“This was our second time booking this home; it gave us a sense of “home being away from home.” It had all the necessities one needs. There was a nice, hot day and was relieved we had a blender to make smoothies! It is family friendly and close to Northstar which was perfect for our ski/snowboarding getaways. “Good location and amenities although the pool was cold and dirty. Lots of beds, good for 2 families or traveling with grandparents. The lighting needs some work - very dark downstairs. TVs don’t have cable and it was difficult to stream anything. The dining table was over scaled for the space and almost unusable. No shampoo, conditioner or body wash provided in bathrooms. “Our stay was good and it was very nice to be so close to Kings Beach. The only minor issue of the door code not working was solved immediately and otherwise had no issues. It was nice to find plenty of towels, some laundry soap to use and enough paper towels and toilet paper available in the place. The commuity pool was not crowded and the kids enjoyed using it.”
