Kitchen was clean and beds were made upon arrival. Very close to the beach, but the jellyfish were plentiful while we were there so the pool was a good alternate to getting wet. Worth the money."

"Living in the area for years I was very familiar with the property and now that I’ve moved out of state, when I come back to visit it is definitely going to be a spot I book again. The location cannot be beat, you are literally 200 yards from the ocean. Toni’s right in the middle of places to eat, hang out, and access the boardwalk. The staff is remote (but close) and were able to assist me when I had an issue with my door lock rapidly. Very nice, helpful, and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on in a long time. And the shower supplies smelled amazing."
