"Conveniently located motel with small rooms and very small bathrooms. Clean, but they offer the minimum for a budget hotel, especially the fact that there is no management on site. App based check in procedure was a bit of a pain and I had to call the help desk three times to sort it out. I would stay there again only if there are no good value alternatives."

"Please be aware that there are 2 constructions right next to the building. I was woken every morning at 7.30 am b y the noise. They will be working on these sites for a while. Also the bathroom and bedroom in a 1 unit apartment is very tight. There were also stains on the carpet which was not appealing. They ask you to empty the bins which I believe is not acceptable considering the price you are paying per night. Not sure I would stay here again. "

"We found Royal on the Park just lovely. Straight across the road to Botanic Gardens, easy walk . Would stay again, staff very accommodating. Reminds me of old school posh, lots of timber very beautiful."
