It is a short walk from the Duomo and the surrounding attractions. The hotel has a lot of old world charm and comfort. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good. It is a large hotel with many rooms so the breakfast room can feel crowded. The view of the Duomo from the breakfast room on the 5th floor is incredible. I would definitely stay here again." Shower was very small. You could barely move in the shower stall. There were only two large towels, no washcloths no hand towels and they did not change them the next day we had to ask for fresh ones received two bottles of water in the refrigerator the first day and never anymore the following days air conditioning unit worked well plenty of outlets clean facility. Breakfast buffet was OK, front desk young lady was very helpful and nice hotel was down the block from the train station so it was quite crowded but manageable."
