“The place is tucked away off the roads so it feels isolated and away from the hustle of the surrounding streets. The check in process was easy and the staff was amazing. We ate a few times at the hotel restaurant and it was excellent. The wifi is only available near the main area and not in the rooms, the kids took full advantage of the pools, both pool areas were well maintained. “Very nice set up. I picked this location for convenience from the airport. But after a couple of days, I moved closer to the volcano and decided to walk. For reference it’s a 90 minute walk, but it was incredibly awesome.”

“Situates at beach side, clean room, attentive staff who will book whale shark activity and firefly boat trip for you. Restaurant menu is not wide range. A good seafood restaurant BARacuda is within a few minutes' walk. However, room price are relatively higher than nearby resorts. ”

“The room was sufficient, but the bathroom definitely needed to be reworked. There is no hot running water. There is no real pressure for the shower. So I had to use the bucket and a kettle that was provided by the hotel to heat up my water so I wasn’t taking a cold bucket bath. There were also about a dozen ants inside the bathroom that I spotted. If anything, the bathroom can certainly be upgraded. The area around the property is very noisy with traffic. “We booked AGM Beachfront Resort because it was the only place available during our travel dates. It’s more affordable than neighboring resorts, and the staff were genuinely warm and helpful—that was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the property itself is in poor condition. Rooms are extremely basic, with peeling paint on the ceilings, broken mosquito screens, and ants everywhere. Our shower worked only so-so.
