The cabin is lovely and right across from a beautiful lake and it was the perfect home base for our weekend adventures. The property even has a gas grill, which our college kid unexpectedly used to fix dinner for us one night. It is centrally located in the state, across a sometimes busy road from a large pond in a beautiful part of the state having many lakes and ponds. We were able to prepare and eat breakfasts and dinners at the house and make picnic lunches to bring when we drove the scenic routes north or south to picturesque towns, parks, waterfalls, covered bridges, museums, and an art fair.
